Founder, Clinical Supervisor & Psychologist

Meet Rebecca:

As a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience working in a therapeutic role, I have helped many people to navigate through periods in their life wrought with pain, discomfort, and transition. I have had the opportunity to work with adults and young adults who present from a wide range of backgrounds and cultural, gender, and sexual identities.

Many therapists talk about the different disorders that they are capable of treating. I see each person as unique and not as a set of symptoms.  I help people navigate life transitions, grief & loss, processing of childhood experiences or traumas, relationship challenges, difficulties with self esteem, and conflict with a part or parts of their identity/identities.

In our work together, we will journey to meet the many parts that make you who you are and support you in living a life that feels more authentic and  aligned with your core values and beliefs.

The Space Between Insight and Return

Dr. Rebecca Gras, PsyD is the founder of Dr. Boundaries and host of The Dr. Boundaries Podcast, an extension of her clinical and consulting work with empathic people in supportive roles.

The podcast lives in the space between insight and integration.

It focuses on what happens when over-giving becomes identity, when emotional labor becomes default, and when self-abandonment is quietly embedded in how someone shows up in relationships, work, and care roles.

Across episodes, Dr. Rebecca Gras explores boundaries, burnout, resentment, and the slow return to self-trust—through both clinical understanding and relational truth.

This is not about becoming a different person.
It’s about stopping the ways you leave yourself.

This is where self-abandonment ends and Self-Sacredness begins.
