As a Boundary Bender in recovery, I’ve done the work to reclaim my energy, my time, and my sense of self. And now, I help other therapists do the same.

Dr. Rebecca Gras, PsyD is the founder of Dr. Boundaries and host of the Dr. Boundaries podcast, an extension of her clinical and consulting work with empathic people in supportive roles.

The podcast lives in the space between insight and integration.

It focuses on what happens when over-giving becomes identity, when emotional labor becomes default, and when self-abandonment is quietly embedded in how someone shows up in relationships, work, and care roles.
